Items or Model numbers may be changed or discontinued without notice.
Delivery Fee: Appliance Center does not provide delivery service, we outsource 3rd party truckers, or you may use your own vehicle to transport, once merchandise leaves the warehouse, we are no longer liable for any dings, dents, or cosmetic blemishes on the products that can get damaged via transport or mishandling. Damaged Merchandise and/or Short Products: If your order is a prepay and add freight, when receiving merchandise from freight carriers, all damages or shortages must be claimed on the Bill of Lading at the time of receiving merchandise from the freight agent. If customers use their carrier, our responsibility for shipment ends with acceptance by carriers. If any goods called for on bill of lading are short or damaged, it is your responsibility to not accept them until the freight agent makes a damage notation on your freight bill. THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE SHIPMENT AS SOON AS RECEIVED. If any concealed loss or damage is discovered, notify your freight agent at once and request for them to make an inspection. This is absolutely necessary. Unless you do this, the transportation companies will not entertain any claim for loss or damage. Returns: No merchandise may be returned without a written return authorization number from ANAR NV. All return freight is the responsibility of the returning party. All return requests must be in writing. There will be a 25% restocking fee, and goods must be received in unused, saleable condition in original boxes. Custom orders may not be returned. Items older than 90 days may not be returned. A credit memo will be issued against the value of the returned items after applicable fees and charges are deducted to be applied to future purchases. Special orders: We have customization capabilities. Please contact your sales representative or our office for your requests. Customizations will require minimum quantities. Lead times will vary based on your order. Changes and Cancellations: All requests for changes and cancellations must be in writing. Custom order cancellations will be charged at full value once the order is confirmed, Absolut no returns or refunds on custom orders. Warranties: At ANAR NV we stand behind all our offerings. Any item with production defect will be replaced immediately within 5 business days. All other products have a 6-month warranty. Parts & Labor are not included in warranty. Warranty is valid only in Dutch St Maarten WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS: 1. Incorrect use, bad installation, not following the instructions indicated in the manual. 2. The damage(s) caused by leaking or incorrectly placed batteries. 3. If the item(s) have been intervened by unauthorized personnel or Technical Service Center. 4. If the damage(s) item(s) has been caused by: dirt, dust, water, oxidation, fungus, mold, fire, blows, falls, voltage fluctuations, vandalism, acts of nature, etc. 5. The guarantee does not cover damage to delicately made and handled accessories such as cabinets, plastic, glass and porcelain parts, inks, toners, modems, power strips, cartridges, tapes, compact discs, cases, antennas, headphones, knob controls, batteries, straps, crystals, locos, horns, etc. In the same way, it does not cover cleaning of lenses, reproduction, and printing heads, etc. 6. Failure to present the warranty document/ Invoice / Proof of Purchase 7. The alteration or modification of the warranty document. 9. Any stove, gas heater, oven, etc. It must be installed by Authorized Technical Service. 10. If the authorized workshop determines that the failure of the article was caused by misuse, the client must pay the amount of the revision and repair of the article (if he wishes to repair it).
